At Trendford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Requirements for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or a valid proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Important Return Instructions:

  • Return Address: All authorized returns must be sent to our central processing facility in Hong Kong:

  • Please do not send items back to the address listed on your shipping label; we cannot process returns sent to our logistics partners.
  • Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., fit, style, or colour), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs to our Hong Kong warehouse. Please note that international shipping from the UK to Hong Kong can be costly. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, Trendford will take full responsibility. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Restocking Fees: We believe in fair shopping; therefore, we charge £0.00 in restocking fees.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Final sale items and digital gift cards.
  • Made-to-Order Items: These can only be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, they are only eligible for return if they arrive faulty or damaged.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.
