At Trendford, we are dedicated to providing a reliable and transparent delivery experience for our customers across the United Kingdom. Please review our policy below to understand our shipping procedures and timelines.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs applied at checkout.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK and HK public holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after this time or during weekends will be handled the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

To provide a curated selection of unique fashion at competitive prices, all orders are fulfilled through our international distribution centre operated by RTE VENTURES LIMITED in Hong Kong.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 Business Days
  • Transit Time: 7–12 Business Days
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 8–15 Business Days
  • Cost: FREE

Please Note: These timelines are estimates. While we strive for punctual delivery, external factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally impact delivery dates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking data usually becomes active within 1–3 business days of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information after 4 business days, please reach out to us at support@trendford.com

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Accuracy & Issues

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Trendford cannot be held liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order is officially confirmed as lost in transit or arrives in a damaged state, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please notify our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placement. Once an order has entered our fulfilment process, we may be unable to make further modifications.
